STEP ONE

Contact a DOT certified SAP.

Call 888-792-2727

STEP TWO

When SAP directs, get a Direct Observed Return to Duty Drug and/or Alcohol test.

We can help you with that for $100 – $140

STEP THREE

Get status updated in Clearinghouse to “non-prohibited”.

Are you not employed by a FMCSA regulated company and want to keep your license? You have to have someone do that after your re-register as an owner operator in the clearinghouse.

We can help you by changing your status in the clearinghouse for $150.00

Are you employed by a FMSCA regulated company?

Have them update the clearinghouse by
providing your results to the DER.

STEP FOUR

Obtain your SAP Letter that will include a follow-up program. You cannot start this until
employed by a federally regulated company. If you are working for a mode other than FMSCA, such as
FTA or PHSMA, then have them contact us for guidance on how to handle your Follow-Ups.
